Remnant of an extinct star.

7,000 light years from Earth.

Died ~1,000 CE.










Pillars stand.


Sweet the hand.


Ochre reach.


Stars unleashed.


Rust fills pan.


Exigent.  Grand.


Mold fools eye.


Stars inside.


Now here’s a gas:


Car theft glass.


Novice lights.


Chapel heights.


Galaxies greet.


The eye retreats.


Strands persist.


What more than this?
