The other day I was trying to move forward in the quickest, most efficient way possible. Time was of the essence. I was pushing and pushing hard.
Then my partner in the venture stopped me and said, “Look at yourself.” So I did.
I was really wrapped in the urgency of it all.
So wrapped, in fact, that my body was a collection of knots.
No flow, no air, no movement.
And at that moment I saw that the fastest, most efficient way to make progress was just to STOP, and be still.
